Between traffic, queues, and a packed schedule, certain errands eat up far more time than they should. Here are five of the most common time-drains we see and how handing them off can give you those hours back.
1. Government office queues. Whether it's a license renewal, a document collection, or an NHIF-related visit, these queues can eat an entire morning. Sending someone to wait on your behalf means you only show up when it's actually your turn or not at all.
2. Bill and utility payments. Standing in line to pay KPLC or water bills in person is still common, even with online options not always working smoothly. A quick errand run can clear this off your list in under an hour.
3. Pharmacy and medical pickups. Especially for ongoing prescriptions or caring for an elderly family member, regular pharmacy runs add up fast. This is one of the easiest errands to hand off entirely.
4. Banking errands. Deposits, document submissions, or in-branch requests that can't be done on a banking app still require physical queue time at most branches.
5. Multi-stop days. The ones where you need to hit three or four different places in one trip — a delivery, a pickup, a shop, a drop-off. Planning the most efficient route alone is its own task, before you've even left the house.
If any of these sound familiar, you don't have to keep losing your mornings to them. Request an errand
