ErrandRoute: Errand Planner is an Android application developed for **JENSLOCAL LTD**. This Privacy Policy explains how the app handles information when you use it.
ErrandRoute is designed to work locally on your device. The app does not require an account, does not use a backend server, and does not require Android runtime permissions for its core functionality.
## 1. Information We Collect
ErrandRoute does not collect personal information through a server or online account system.
The app does not collect or transmit:

* precise or approximate location
* contacts
* photos or camera data
* microphone data
* advertising identifiers
* device location history

## 2. Information Stored on Your Device
ErrandRoute stores information that you create while using the app locally on your device.

* saved scenarios

The app does not automatically upload this information to JENSLOCAL LTD or to a remote server.

ErrandRoute does not request Android location permission and does not access your GPS location.
The app does not provide live navigation, traffic information, automatic address lookup, or location tracking.
Any place names, travel durations, or route details used by the app are entered manually by you or calculated from information already stored locally in the app.
## 4. Route and Planning Data
ErrandRoute processes your plan information on your device to calculate suggested stop orders and schedules.
The app may calculate information such as:
* estimated arrival times
* departure times
* travel duration
* waiting time
* task duration
* total trip duration
* schedule feasibility
* stop-order comparisons
* conflicts with opening or closing times
These calculations are performed locally and are not sent to an external server.
## 5. Local Storage
ErrandRoute uses local Android storage mechanisms to retain your saved plans, history, reusable places, travel estimates, scenarios, and preferences.
The app may use technologies such as:
* Room local database
* Android DataStore
* local app-specific files
This information remains associated with the app installation on your device unless you delete it, clear the app's data, uninstall the app, or explicitly export it.
## 6. Export and Import
If you use the app's local export feature, ErrandRoute may allow you to create a file containing selected app data such as plans, places, travel estimates, and related settings.
Export and import operations use Android's system document picker where applicable.
ErrandRoute does not automatically upload exported files to JENSLOCAL LTD.
If you choose a third-party storage provider, file manager, cloud storage application, or other external application through Android's system interface, that external service may process the file according to its own privacy policy.
## 7. Data Sharing
JENSLOCAL LTD does not receive, sell, rent, or share your ErrandRoute planning data because the app does not transmit that data to our servers.
Information may leave the app only when you intentionally perform an action such as:
* exporting a file
* opening an email application through Contact Us
* opening Google Play or a browser through Rate Us
Any external application you choose to use is governed by its own privacy practices.
## 8. Third-Party Services
ErrandRoute does not integrate third-party analytics, advertising, cloud database, mapping, tracking, or authentication SDKs.
The app may launch external applications or services at your request for limited functions such as:
* opening your email app when you select Contact Us
* opening the Google Play Store or a web browser when you select Rate Us
* opening Android's system document picker when you export or import files
ErrandRoute does not control how those external applications handle information after you leave the app.

ErrandRoute is designed so that its core functionality does not require Android runtime permissions.
In particular, the app does not require access to:

* SMS
* nearby devices
* Bluetooth
* broad device storage
* notifications
System interfaces such as the Android document picker may provide temporary access to files that you explicitly choose.
## 10. Data Retention
Data created in ErrandRoute is generally retained locally until you delete it.
Depending on your settings, the app may also retain a limited number of optimization-history records.
You can remove information through features available within the app, including deleting individual plans, places, scenarios, or history where supported.
You may also delete all locally stored app information by using the app's data-management options, clearing the app's storage through Android settings, or uninstalling the app.
JENSLOCAL LTD does not maintain a separate server-side copy of your ErrandRoute data.
## 11. Data Deletion
ErrandRoute provides local controls for deleting stored information.
Depending on the feature, you may be able to:
* delete individual plans
* delete reusable places
* delete saved scenarios
* clear optimization history
* delete all app data through the app's Data Management section
Deleting or clearing app data is generally permanent unless you previously created your own exported backup.
## 12. Security
ErrandRoute is designed to minimize unnecessary data exposure by keeping its core planning data on your device.
We use standard Android application storage mechanisms and follow reasonable development practices intended to protect locally stored information.
However, no device, software application, or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. The security of locally stored data may also depend on your device's security settings, operating system, backups, and access controls.
## 13. Device Backups
Depending on your Android device, operating system settings, and backup configuration, application data may be included in device-level backup systems controlled by Android, your device manufacturer, or services configured by you.
Such backups are outside the direct control of ErrandRoute and JENSLOCAL LTD.
## 14. Children's Privacy
ErrandRoute is a general productivity and planning utility and is not specifically directed toward children.
The app does not knowingly collect personal information from children through a server, account system, analytics service, or advertising service.
Because ErrandRoute does not operate a user-account or remote data-collection system, JENSLOCAL LTD does not receive children's planning information through the app.
Parents or guardians should supervise device and application use where appropriate.

ErrandRoute may open external applications or links when you intentionally choose features such as Contact Us or Rate Us.
Once you leave ErrandRoute, the privacy practices of the external application or service apply.
