The Senior Response Officer Team Consist of dedicated members of ERPT that have worked there way up through the ranks to become respected members of the ERPT division

At this rank many officers do become shotgun Trained and Further trained for future promotions such as Advanced Response Officers.

The Response officers are the members of ERPT those who are on their way to progressing to Senior Response officers after being promoted from Probationary.

These officers have worked hard and earned their promotions, including earning the chance to Patrol in unmarked Police vehicles.

These officers are new to the Metropolitan Police Service Just passing their Final exam as a Pcso, They are then placed within ERPT As a probationary response officer Putting in Hours and getting All trainings completed to be Promoted Further Divisionally and Promoted to Other ranks within the Met.
