This Privacy Policy explains how the Eromance application (referred to as “Eromance,” “the App,” “we,” or “us”) collects, uses and protects your information when you use our application (package name: com.novel.eromance.ugs, collectively referred to as the “App”). 2. Information We Collect and How We Collect It
We collect only the data necessary to provide and improve the App’s functionality. Here’s what we collect and why:
2.1 Types of Data Collected
- Usage and Device Information:
- We automatically collect certain non-personal information about your use of the App, the type of device you are using, your device's unique identifier, operating system version, and the date and time of your usage.
- We collect your device and network connection information in order to provide you with a better experience when you use our app.
- This information depends on the context of your interactions with us, the choices you make, including your privacy settings, and the products and features you use, and may include:
SDK/API/JS code version, IP address, platform, timestamp, application identifier, application version, application distribution channel, independent deice identifier, the terminal manufacturer, the terminal device operating system version, the location of the language, the time zone and the network state (Wi-Fi and so on), the CPU, and the battery use, Screen resolution, Memory usage, Storage usage, sim operator, sim card country, Application release status in google play, Ad loading strategy, Ad platform and advertising placement id. Phone height and width,sim operator name,os version.
- We store the information collected through the Android ID tied to the device you are using. In this way, we can retain your advertising behavior while you are using the app. We will treat this information as personal information.
- Non-personally identifiable information (Non-PII):
- Non-PII is information that cannot be used to identify a particular individual. For example, we will collect statistical data, such as the number of visits to its website. We collect this data to understand how users use our websites, products, and services so that we can improve our services and better satisfy your needs. We may collect, use, process, transfer, or disclose non-PII for other purposes at its own discretion.
- We will endeavor to isolate your personal data from non-PII and ensure that the two types of data are used separately. If personal data is combined with non-PII, it will still be treated as personal data during processing.
- Mobile Analytics:
- Like most mobile applications, we use mobile analytics tools to collect certain information about your usage of our mobile applications, as well as on your device and the health of our Services to allow us to better understand the functionality of our Services on your device and for app optimization purposes. Such tools may record information such as how often you use the application or game, feature usage, gameplay and usage statistics, events that occur within the application or game, aggregated usage and performance data, and where the application or game was downloaded from (i.e. which application store).
We do not collect: Sensitive personal information including your name, email address, financial details, biometric data, or precise geolocation unless explicitly provided by you for Drama functionality.

In providing our product’s functions and services, we may need you to allow certain “permissions”on your device, which will enable to information collection and usage relevant to those functions. - You can check if such permissions are allowed or not for our product and service, which can be done by checking “Settings – Apps”and / or “Settings – Permissions”in your device, and thereby decide whether each permission will continue to be allowed or will be denied. The specific way to review the status of such permissions and deny them may vary in different devices, and please refer to the notes or instructions provided by relevant device OEMs and OS developers. In case that you’re unable to carry out relevant steps and adjust the settings in your currently-used product or device, please contact us or the OEM of you device.
- Please note that when you deny or disable the permissions in whole or in part, it means you have refused to provide related information to us, therefore also making us unable to provide you those functions relevant to such permissions. To the extent allowed by applicable laws, your decision to deny a certain permission on your device does not affect or invalidate our previous handling of your relevant information which has been based on your prior consent to allow such permission.
- Via Third-Party Services:

Where possible, your data is stored and processed anonymously. We cannot personally identify you except device type (for crash reports).
3. How We Use Your Data
We use the personal information we gather through the Services for the purposes described as follows:
- Identify and suggest connections with other users of our Services;
- Operate, develop and improve our mobile applications and other services;
- Understand you and your preferences to enhance and personalize your experiences and enjoyment using our Service;
- Provide you with personalized recommendations for mobile applications and games and/or Services;
- Respond to your comments and questions and provide customer service;

- Personalizing advertising for you;

- Protect the integrity of the Services and enforce our Terms of Service and other applicable terms, including to detect and prevent fraud and unauthorized activities, to secure our systems and the Services, to prevent hacking, cheats and spamming and generally to keep our Services safe and fair and to detect, investigate, and prevent activities that may violate our policies or be illegal;
- Detect security incidents, protect against malicious, deceptive, fraudulent or illegal activity, and prosecute those responsible for that activity;
- Perform statistical, demographic, and marketing analyses of users of the Services.
If we use your personal information in any other way, we will disclose this to you. You can choose not to share your information with third parties for marketing purposes, or from allowing us to use your personal information for any purpose that is incompatible with the purposes for which we originally collected it or subsequently obtained your consent. If you choose to limit the ways we can use your personal information, some or all of the services may not be available to you.

We work with a variety of third parties and service providers. We do not sell, trade or rent Users Personal Information to others. *Google LLC acts as a Data Processor under our instructions. Your data may be transferred to the United States, subject to Privacy Shield or equivalent safeguards.
- Firebase Crashlytics: Monitors app crashes for troubleshooting.
- Data Collected: Android ID, Advertising ID, crash logs, approximate location.

5. Data Retention and Deletion
User information collected through our Service is stored and processed using Google Firebase, which provides secure infrastructure for data storage. We implement SSL encryption during data transmission and utilize AES encryption to protect the content from unauthorized access or disclosure. The data is stored on secure, access-controlled servers managed by Firebase.
We apply commercially reasonable safeguards to protect user information. However, please understand that no system can guarantee absolute security. We cannot ensure or warrant the complete security of any information transmitted via the Service or stored within it, nor can we guarantee that such information will not be accessed, disclosed, altered, or destroyed due to a breach.
If you no longer want to use our Services anymore and would like your account deleted, You can use the "Delete account" button to carry out this operation. We will clear your relevant information in the app. If you have uninstalled the app, you can email us at eromance2022@gmail.com to request deletion of user data. We will provide you with further assistance and guide you through the process. Once you choose to delete your account, you will not be able to reactivate your account or retrieve any of the content or information you have added.
You have the ability to delete your Account, and you should understand that upon deletion of your Account, you will lose the right to access or use all or part of the Platform.
We reserve the right to disable, suspend, or terminate your Account, at any time, for any reason in our discretion, especially when you fail to comply with any provision of these Terms.
- Storage Duration:
- User data is not retained on our servers beyond the period necessary for service functionality.
- You are solely responsible for maintaining the secrecy of your account information and controlling access to communication between you and the Service. We are not responsible for the security practices of third-party services.
6. Data Sharing and Disclosure

- We may share your non-personal information, including usage and device data, with third-party service providers who assist us in operating and improving the App, including cloud storage providers, analytics tools, and crash reporting services.

8. International Data Transfers (GDPR Compliance)
If you’re in the UK or EEA:
- Your data may be transferred outside these regions including to the US via Firebase, AdMob, Facebook or AppLovin.
- We ensure safeguards like Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy decisions are in place.

9. Children’s Privacy
Eromance is not developed for children. This Platform is not directed at children under the age of 13 or equivalent minimum age in the relevant jurisdiction. If you believe that we have personal data about or collected from a child under the relevant age, please contact us at eromance2022@gmail.com
Users between 13 and 18 (each a “Teen”) may not access or use the Service unless
(i) both the Teen and their parent or legal guardian have first agreed to these Terms of Service;
(ii) the Teen uses an account established by their parent or legal guardian, under such parent or guardian’s supervision, and with such parent or guardian’s permission.
If you permit a Teen to use the Services, you hereby agree to these Terms of Service on behalf of both yourself and the Teen. You further agree that you are solely responsible for any and all use of the Service by your teen regardless of whether such use was authorized by you.

We may, however, modify the Policy from time to time. If such change has been made, we will provide you additional forms of notice of modifications or updates as appropriate under the circumstances.
