This acquisition marks Rubicon’s 85th investment within the industrial sector and its second through Rubicon Partners Fund VI SCSp. The firm brings significant experience in aerospace, having previously invested in companies such as Farsound Aviation, Attewell (now part of Avantus Aerospace), and Invotec (now part of Amphenol).
With Rubicon’s backing and the transition following the family shareholders’ retirement, Erodex will now enter a new phase of leadership. James Kirk will take on the role of CEO, moving up from his previous position as Operations Director, while Raj Rainu will continue as CFO. Together with their team, they will focus on expanding Erodex’s international presence and driving the company’s future growth in partnership with Rubicon.
