To the maximum extent permitted by law, EROCAM LTD. shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages resulting from or in connection with the use or inability to use the application, even if it has been made aware of the possibility of such damages.
5. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These terms and the relationship between you and EROCAM LTD. will be subject to and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in the State of Israel Ltd. is located, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or procedure arising from or relating to these conditions or the use of the application, will be brought exclusively in the competent courts located in the jurisdiction of the State of Israel
6. Disconnection
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, illegal or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
