Registration is $10 through 12/12/25. After 12/12/25, registration is $20. Please read all tabs before you register.
Complete the following steps to register your organization/school and your students for ERO auditions.
Complete a Director/Organization Registration Form. You will be asked to provide a photo/digital copy of your NAfME card in this form. If you are sponsoring students through multiple organizations, please complete a form for each organization.
Complete the registration forms for each student you will sponsor. If you work at or teach students from mutliple schools, a form should be filled out for each school.

Total the number of students sponsored and follow the directions below to pay registration fees.
Early Registration is $10/student. Registrations postmarked after December 12, 2025 will be $20/student.
All payments should be in the form of ONE check made payable to NCMEA.
No personal checks.
Private studios should procure a certified check from their bank.
