Short bio
I am currently Assistant Professor (Profesor Ayudante Doctor) of Applied Economics in the Department of Economic Structure and Development Economics at Universidad Autónoma de Madrid. I also teach at Syracuse University, Madrid Campus.
I also keep working affiliations with UAM Chair in Economics and Management of Innovation and Instituto de Economía International (Universidad Jaume I). I have previously worked at universities Antonio de Nebrija and VIU (spring 2019). In November 2022, I received the accreditation to Profesor Titular de Universidad (eq. to Senior Lecturer) from the Spanish National Agency for Quality Assessment and Accreditation (ANECA). From March 2023, I am Associate Editor and Member of the Editorial Board in the Journal of Applied Economics. I am also main investigator (co-IP) of the research project PID2022-138212NA-I00 issued by Agencia Estatal de Investigación from 2023 to 2027.
