Throughout my career, I've had the opportunity to work in various roles that have allowed me to hone my skills in customer service and technical support. From working as a Collection Specialist at IQOR to being a Technical Support Specialist at Concentrix, I've always aimed to provide exceptional service to my customers by delivering the right solutions and ensuring their satisfaction.
But my journey doesn't end there! In my role as a Lead Hustler, I had the opportunity to sell solar panels to potential customers by providing them with accurate information and closing deals. And as a Customer Service Representative at Alorica, I handled inquiries and troubleshooting for customers, ensuring their packages were tracked, and that they had the right information about their deliveries.
I am happy to inform you that I have recently completed the Google Fundamentals of Digital Marketing certification, which I finished last April 17, 2023. This certification has equipped me with the latest knowledge and skills in the ever-evolving world of digital marketing, including topics such as SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and more.
With this certification, I am confident in my ability to develop and implement effective digital marketing strategies that can help businesses achieve their goals and reach their target audience.
Apart from my professional experience, I've also completed my secondary and primary education at Holy Angel University, where I gained a strong foundation in academic and social skills. And, to further hone my technical skills, I completed a two-year vocational course in Electrical Technology at Angeles City National Trade School.
