To become a staff member for ER:LC Manager you must know a lot about the bot, experience, know all of the errors, etc. If you know a lot about the bot that won't get you the role, you must be trusted by the CEO, noticed by him as well. Becoming staff here at ER:LC Manager takes a couple steps, you must have 20+ messages, active daily, etc.
