TERMS OF SERVICE

GENERAL

-I have the right to refuse any commission.

-My artwork must be verbally accredited to me anywhere it is posted.

-Do not edit the image, if something is wrong, please contact me so I can [hopefully] adress it! 

-I retain all rights to my work, and will upload it for self promotion, portfolios, social medias etc. Please inform me beforehand if you do not want me to upload/publically use the artwork.

-My art is for personal use only.

-Do not remove my signature. If you do not like its placement feel free to let me know and I’ll be happy to move it, so long as it's reasonable.

DESIGNS AND ADOPTS

-As above, verbal credit must be given upon posting my artwork of the character anywhere.

-Feel free to change the design however you like! However, do not edit the original image.

-The characters resale price must be the same or lower unless additional value has been added to the character [Eg; Commissioned Art].

-You may Gift and trade the design however you like.

PAYMENT

-Payment will be via Paypal invoice or DeviantArt Widget [$1 = 100points]. 

- I take payment after the sketch has been completed, approved by the customer & had any requested changes made. [This does not apply to sketches, wherein payment must be made upfront]

-The time taken to complete commissions will vary,typically between 1-2 months (I have a little demon called procrastination & I work), however it may take longer due to size of commission, my queue and other factors. Updates will be provided throughout the process.

-Please do not commission me if the artwork must be done within a specific amount of time.

REFUNDS

-Refunds will vary depending on what has been ordered and how much progress has been made on the piece.

-Below shows how much percentage of the total cost I will refund depending on how much progress has been made and what stage I am at on the commission. Please remember, this is subject to change depending on the type of commission ordered.

- Lines - 60 %

-Flat colour [If a flat colour has been ordered this does not apply] - 30 %

-Shaded [Only applicable in early stages or shaded] - 10%
