From installing extensive pipeline networks and constructing water treatment plants to developing reservoirs and overhead tanks, we ensure reliable and safe water supply. Our notable projects include the Rajasthan Urban Infrastructures Development Project, bringing water to numerous villages through a 300-kilometer pipeline, and comprehensive water supply facilities in Belgaum and Sankeshwar cities in Karnataka. We address critical needs in drought-prone areas, optimizing water management and ensuring sustainable access to clean water for communities nationwide. 

1. Water Supply Project in Rajasmand District, Rajasthan
   
   

   • Project Scope: Implemented under the Rajasthan Urban Infrastructures Development Project (RUIDP).

   • Highlights: Provided water facilities to multiple villages, involving 300 kilometers of pipeline using DI & PVC pipes. Constructed pipelines, impounding reservoirs, overhead tanks, ground-level service reservoirs, and a water treatment plant.

2. Water Supply Project to Belgaum City, Belgaum District, Karnataka
   
   

   • Client: Karnataka Urban Water Supply & Drainage Board (KUWS & DB).

   • Project Details: Supplied water facilities to Belgaum City Corporation, including 15 kilometers of pipeline, overhead tanks (OHT), sumps, and a SCADA-based water treatment plant with a capacity of 32.50 MLD.

3. Water Supply Project to Sankesware City, Belgaum District, Karnataka
   
   

   • Source: Hidakaldam under Karnataka Urban Water Supply & Drainage Board (KUWS & DB).

   • Project Scope: Provided water supply facilities to Sankesware City Corporation, including 15 kilometers of pipeline, overhead tanks (OHT), sumps, and a water treatment plant with a capacity of 7.84 MLD.

4. Drinking Water Supply to Magadi Taluk and Hutridurga Hobli, Karnataka
   
   

   • Project Overview: Supply of water to 83 tanks in Magadi Taluk, Ramanagara District, and Hutridurga Hobli, Tumkur District, via Tumkur Branch Canal under the Hemavathy Project.

   • Features: Installed 32 kilometers of MS pipeline and distributed water through PSC pipes over a length of 217.7 kilometers.

5. Additional Raw Water Gravity Main from Netkal Balancing Reservoir to T.K. Halli
   
   

   • Project Details: Extended a 10-kilometer MS pipeline (2810mm dia) from Netkal Balancing Reservoir (NBR) to T.K. Halli for improved raw water supply.

6. Water Supply Scheme to Hospet City, Karnataka
   
   

   • Client: Karnataka Urban Water Supply & Drainage Board (KUWS & DB).

   • Project Scope: Provided water supply facilities to Hospet City, including 148 kilometers of pipeline, overhead tanks (OHT), sumps, ground-level service reservoirs (GLSR), and a water treatment plant with a capacity of 9.80 MLD.

7. Construction of New Canal Intake at Forbes Sagar
   
   

   • Client: Bangalore Water Supply & Sewerage Board (BWSSB).

   • Project Scope: Constructed a new open channel for 1 kilometer with a 4-meter bed width. Laid, jointed, and tested 3000mm dia and 2600mm dia MS pipelines over 36 kilometers. Also constructed a pipe intake from Forbes Sagar to Netkal Balancing Reservoir.

8. Water Supply Facility at Naval Base – Project Seabird, Karwar (Package – B1)
   
   

   • Project Scope: Designed, manufactured, supplied, erected, tested, and commissioned water supply facilities at Naval Base, Project Seabird, Karwar. Involved in the construction of 83 kilometers of DI pipeline.

Smart Sewage Management: Building Resilient Cities

The Planning Commission estimates a significant investment of over 900 crores in the sanitation sector to meet these challenges head-on.

• Underground Sewerage Network, Bellary District, Karnataka

  • Implemented for the Karnataka Urban Water Supply & Drainage Board (KUWS & DB)

  • Installed 104 kilometers of pipeline across different zones and hamlet villages

  • Utilized cement mortar stoneware pipes (91 Kms) and RCC NP3 Class pipes (3 Kms) to enhance sewage management infrastructure.

• Modernization of High-Level Main Canal, Andhra Pradesh

  • Upgradation of HLMC 4 and distributor systems to stabilize localized ayacut of 5630 acres

  • Comprehensive project management including earthwork excavation, concrete lining, and strengthening of the Kanekal Tank

  • Contribution to Andhra Pradesh’s irrigation infrastructure program aimed at creating additional irrigation potential across 75 lakh acres in the coming years.
