My health and wellness journey began in 2019, during a time where I felt stretched beyond my limits. A simple Google search led me to a streaming service for at-home workouts and I chose to carve out time to do them daily. The only available time in my day had to be created by waking up earlier and it wasn't long before I fell in love with my quiet, sweaty morning time. Over the next several years, my morning routine morphed into a special time for my own personal growth. Through this consistent, daily practice, I realized how much my quality of life was improving and I had to share this with others. After several discussions with friends and family members, I decided this information needed to be "out there" on a global scale; which is why I started my podcast and am creating courses to guide others on this same journey.
