This comprehensive education positioned her to drive market growth, cultivate strong customer relationships, and communicate product solutions effectively. During her training, she mastered foundational knowledge in anatomy, physiology, biomechanics, orthobiologics, pathology, medical terminology, and procedural workflows, including operating room protocols.
Early Industry Experience and Skill Development
While earning her certification, Erika gained practical field experience as a Sales Associate with SS Fusion Medica in Tampa. Erika developed confidence in discussing surgical pathologies, treatment options, and the role of implants, hardware, and biologic solutions. Her time at SS Fusion strengthened her operating room readiness and solidified her ability to understand providers' clinical needs and to support them effectively in fast-paced surgical environments.
