What You Need to Know To Get Started
Do you take insurance?
I'm a fee-for-service provider, which means payment is due at the time of each session.
However, many clients are surprised to learn that their insurance may fully reimburse therapy through out-of-network benefits. I provide detailed receipts (called "superbills") that you can submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement.
What’s the cost per session?
I offer flexible time options to meet your needs and schedule:
Therapy Sessions
Individual 🧗🏽♀️
Couples 💑🏽
Adult Families 👨👩👧👧
30 min session: $154
45 min session: $270
60 min session: $351
90 min session: $504
How does therapy work?
Therapy is a confidential, supportive relationship designed to help you better manage stress, anxiety, overwhelm, and other challenges impacting your daily life. The focus is on diagnosing and treating symptoms and behaviors impacting your mental health, relationships, and daily functioning.
Here's what to expect from therapy:
Free consult call: You’ll complete a quick intake form and we’ll determine if therapy or coaching is a better fit.
Getting started: You’ll fill out some initial paperwork securely online.
First session: We’ll meet for an hour to discuss your story, your symptoms, and what matters most to you. We’ll create a plan tailored to your needs.
Ongoing support: Most start with weekly sessions, then adjust based on what works best for their goals and schedule.
Therapy is a space to pause, reflect, and make intentional changes—whether that’s showing up more calmly for your loved ones, reclaiming your sense of self, or coping with life transitions, you can design the life you want to live.
Not sure if we’re the right fit?
Let’s start with a quick consult. If I’m not the best match for your needs, I’ll happily connect you with other trusted providers and resources.
I look forward to helping you create space for yourself—because you deserve support, too. 💛
