How to use the base game to connect to Eric's Server.

1. Go to GOG.com and buy a copy of the base game.

2. Download and install the base game into your computer

3. Start the game.

4. From the main menu choose Multiplayer

5. Create a login and password

6. Choose Sign In

7. There will be a long pause “Authorizing Player Name.” and then you will get an error message. Click OK to ignore the error.

8. The game will then present the multiplayer menu. Click Direct Connect.

9. The direct connect screen will ask you for an IP address and a password. Enter “erichecker.ddns.net” into the Server IP Address field and leave the password field blank. Click OK

10. This will connect you to the server and download all the necessary content. Which will allow you to play the game.
