Eric R. Faust has written three books about the American Civil War, two of which are featured in the documentary film, Journey of the 11th. His current projects include a novel about racism during the Reconstruction era, and a statistical study of the Union army. He is a degree candidate for a Master's in History at Harvard University Extension School. Faust also holds a Bachelor's in Computer Science from Michigan State University. He lives in Palo Alto, California.
