I am a Tenured, Full-Astronomer at the National Radio Astronomy Observatory (NRAO), and additionally hold a Visiting Faculty appointment in the University of Virginia Astronomy Department. I am also Co-PI of the NSF-Simons AI Institute for Cosmic Origins (CosmicAI). At NRAO, I serve as the next-generation Very Large Array (ngVLA) Project Scientist. The ngVLA was identified by the Astro2020 Decadal Review as a top priority major ground-based facility whose construction should begin this decade, and is currently an NSF Major Research Equipment and Facilities Construction candidate. My scientific research focuses on the study of star formation and its regulation in galaxies through associated feedback processes.
Before joining NRAO, I held Postdoctoral Scholar positions at the Caltech Infrared Processing and Analysis Center (IPAC) and Carnegie Observatories, and was a member of the Caltech Scientific Research Staff.
