Hi there! Welcome to my Research Portfolio for EDST6216 Digital Research and Information Literacy at Seton Hall University. This course is required for the M.A.E. Instructional Design and Technology program.

My research explores job creep in school librarianship, specifically how it compromises school librarians' morale and their capacity to fulfill core responsibilities including collection management and development, information literacy instruction, and supporting teachers and students.
