I am a current PhD student at Worcester Polytechnic Institute, where I am working under Dr. Daniel Reichman in the Department of Computer Science. My main research interests are theoretical computer science, graph theory, and machine learning, and especially solving problems at the intersection of these three domains.
I completed my undergraduate degree at University of Massachusetts Dartmouth, where I majored in computer science and minored in mathematics. As a student in the University's Honors College, I completed a research project entitled "Comparing the Accuracy of Neural Network Architectures in Forecasting Sea Level Rise" under the supervision of Dr. Iren Valova within the Department of Computer and Information Sciences. Simultaneously, I was a team member for my senior software engineering project, entitled "Expanding Chatbot Capabilities", performed on behalf of the University of Massachusetts President's Office.
I subsequently completed my Master's degree in computer science at University of Massachusetts Dartmouth, where I worked for two years as a teaching assistant for undergraduate courses. I completed my Master's thesis, entitled “Applying Statistical Measures of Belief to an Analysis of the Susceptibility of Large Language Models to Jailbreaking”, under the supervision of Dr. Long Jiao of the Department of Computer and Information Sciences, which I presented and successfully defended in August 2025.
I've had a passion for science and mathematics since I was a child, and have always been fascinated with how these tools can be used to explore and understand the natural world. When I'm not working on academic or research matters, I enjoy exploring new places, hiking, fishing, boating, and learning to play the keyboard.
