Eric Cross is a 7th-grade science and technology teacher at Albert Einstein Academies, which are International Baccalaureate schools. He also serves as the host of the "Science Connections" podcast. His additional role includes being an Adjunct Professor of Learning and Technology and Science Teaching at the University of San Diego. Eric holds a Google Certified Innovator certification.

He obtained his B.S. from Azusa Pacific University and an M.Ed from the University of San Diego. In his educational approach, Eric focuses on building relationships with students, colleagues, and the community, contributing to his role as a leader in educational settings. His teaching methods in STEM are characterized by creating engaging lesson plans, integrating digital tools effectively, and applying culturally responsive pedagogy. Eric's work is centered around providing meaningful learning experiences that promote student agency and accessibility in STEM education.
