When it comes to yoga, one size doesn't fit all. Many Paths yoga is a form of practice that blends alignment based yoga with mindfulness meditation practices. It is a style that understands that there are many paths up the mountain. Classes are responsive to individual needs and focus on developing an awareness of physical sensations, emotions, and thoughts. Modifications for injuries and other physical limitations are taught.
