The first circuit is an adder subtractor. This fits under the binary arithmetic topic and functions just like an adder but with a subtractor that can be controlled with a slider switch. This adder is a 4-bit adder, so its able to subtract and add binary numbers up to 4 digits! LEDs can be seen that are used to represent each place in a 4-digit binary number. (lit up means 1)
