Back in my sophomore year (2021) of college, I was involved in making a small game for a class using Unity. The game's goal was to get to the end of the level before time ran out. My partner took care of doing the coding and I was in charge of making the art and getting the sound sfx.
In the first semester of my senior year (2022) of college, I was involved a group project for a show review site. I was in charge of making videos and drawing images. The goal was to expand upon a similar concept we did back in freshman year.
In the second semester of my senior year at college, I was the Lead Level Designer for the class's game, a third person puzzle platformer. I was primarily tasked with drawing sketches in a top-down fashion for the rooms (pencil + paper) and making an item key. Having strong and precise communication through in person and online meetings. Additionally, at the start of the project I was in charge of coming up with ideas for 3D models/objects and sounds effects in the game.
The game's goal was to progress through multiple facility wings with multiple rooms in each one, where each wing would focus on the player using a new ability.
