ERHS COUNSELORS

Mission

The School Counselors at ERHS advocate for all students to meet academic, social, and emotional needs in a safe and supportive environment.  We foster responsible decision making and personal growth and guide all students toward career and life goals in a diverse global community. . We strive to provide an equitable learning environment where everyone—regardless of ability, culture, gender, sexual orientation, socioeconomic status, race, or religious beliefs—can thrive and feel valued.  We accomplish this by using data following a multi-tiered/multi domain system of support where we provide innovative classroom guided lessons, small group grade-level interactive workshops, support group counseling, and individual meetings with students with the goal of helping students reach life long success.

Vision

All students from Eleanor Roosevelt High School have graduated, are college and/or career ready, and meet the expectations of the 21st century, and beyond, while striving to be the BEST in a diverse global community.
