I have been teaching at Thomas Jefferson High School since 2002. During the 2018 - 2019 school year, I will be teaching Algebra 1 and Honors Algebra 2. Outside of the classroom, I wear many hats. I am the Director of Activities and an Assistant Marching Band Director.
I grew up in Green Tree and graduated from Keystone Oaks High School. I then attended Robert Morris University (Bobby Mo) and earned a Bachelor of Science in Applied Mathematics. I continued my education at Gannon University where I earned a Masters in Curriculum and Instruction and also K - 12 Principal Certification.
When I'm not working I enjoy listening to many genres of music, playing golf, attending sporting or theater events, and simply relaxing. I rescued a bassador (basset hound and lab mix) in 2014 named Guinness. Many people know me as being very quiet and are quite shocked when I tell them I teach high school mathematics.
