ER. B. SANTHOSH KUMAR is a highly skilled and experienced civil engineer with over 10 years of professional experience in the construction and infrastructure industry. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (B.E. Civil), completed in 2015, and has since worked extensively in various roles, including Site Engineer, Draughtsman, and Project Coordinator.

He is a Registered Engineer under the Karaikal Planning Authority (KPA), qualified to handle residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects as per approved building norms and regulations.

As the Founder of Er Creative Builders, based in Karaikal, he leads a team committed to delivering high-quality, cost-effective, and timely construction services. His deep understanding of structural design, site execution, and project management makes him a trusted professional in the field.

ER. S. SATHYA is a qualified and experienced Structural Engineer, holding a Master’s Degree in Structural Engineering (M.E.), completed in 2017. With over 8 years of industry experience, she combines technical excellence with a practical understanding of modern construction requirements.

She is a Registered Structural Engineer under the Karaikal Planning Authority (KPA) with a Grade-1 License, authorized to undertake and approve major structural and architectural works as per planning regulations.
