Domain Groups

Domain groups like "staff@erc.org,"  provide an easy way for staff teams to communicate via email and share resources (Docs, Sites, etc.) in a secure and private manner.

Site builder: For the sake of making all staff aware of the groups that exist, embed a google spreadsheet with all staff names, email addresses, subject/position and room number.
