Landelani Ncube was born in 1981 at Hwange Colliery Hospital. He grew up in Binga and did his primary and secondary education there. 

After school Ncube went to Hwange in search of a job . He struggled to make it because he had not done well in school due to his poor social background. His father worked at Kamativi Tin mine before his divorced with Lindelani's mother. Ncube's mother got married to a different man in Binga later. Lindelani considered him a good father  so much that he forgort his biological father at a very tender age . 

" Went to Bulawayo and learnt to create his own business and employment in salon industry. That helped him  to go back to my academic life. He managed to go to School of Ministry under (HHISOM) Harvest House International School of Ministry for five years after one Pastor recognized me to be a Preacher of the Gospel of Christ. In 2017 Then graduated as a pastor.

This helped to further join icy Impact Africa sponsored by Springdale College. It gave us a scholarship and we did Leadership and Development Studies and graduated with a diploma. Under the same scholarship we did BA in Sustainable Development Studies.

 He believe in working hard to attain what you need in life mainly with the help of God. Hehave a passion to preach the Gospel to other mortals. A passion to fight for life in a godly manner. A passion to that people fight for their spiritual and physical lives until they make it." explained Lindelani Ncube.

Ncube joined ERA Zimbabwe on the 15th of September 2023, and was appointed the Chairperson of the National Executive on the 21st of September 2023 before his appointment to the Vice Presidency. He is the current 1st Vice President of ERA Zimbabwe.

Grace is the second daughter of Mr Taurai Kajai of zviratidzo zvevapositori church born at  a local clinic in Zimunya township Mutare Zimbabwe. 

She then attended local government primary and secondary school  and  moved to Masvingo for her Tetiary education and worked as a teacher.

She then  moved to Gaborone Botswana in search of greener pastures where she worked as a private assistant to Mr Siele of BDP for 3 years .

She then left and worked wth DSSSB (Dyslexia Social Support Services Botswana) nationwide an organization that specializes wth kids wth learning disabilities for 2 years.

Miss Grace is working as a principal of a  private training institute st Edith training if institute. Sha has assumed office of Secretary general of  economic revolutionary alliance (ERA). 

She joined ERA  Zimbabwe in pursuit of freedom not only for her but for the people of Zimbabwe who are struggling day and night without just simple basic human needs freedom of choice .Grace Kajai is currently the Deputy President of ERA Zimabwe.
