Dúnguaire Castle:

It is  a stone castle located in Ireland, 27 kilometers from Galway, in the township of Kinvarra, in the southwest of the county. The castle is situated on a bend of the Atlantic Ocean undergoing the strong changes of the tides that convey that fairy-tale atmosphere that makes it famous

The Cliffs of Moher are Ireland's most famous cliffs although not the tallest; they hover around 200 meters overhanging the Atlantic Ocean. Whipped by the strongest wind, often shrouded in fog or lit by a sun peeping out from behind the clouds; it's a must-see during a trip here. The Cliffs of Moher are located in County Clare, along one of the most scenic roads in Ireland: the Atlantic Way

The Burren National Park:

It is a true limestone plateau that covers 250 square kilometers and is unique in the world, its creation dating back 350 million years when the superificie was below sea level.

Westport:

It is one of those Irish towns that remains  in your heart: with its steep, uphill streets with pretty little squares, Georgian shop fronts forming a colourful kaleidoscope, the babbling river with its flower-adorned stone bridges, the many cosy pubs and a placid, tranquil atmosphere that makes you feel at home. This small town is divided in two by a steep hill: the old harbour overlooks Clew Bay, the beautiful bay with its 365 islands and islets, while the centre slopes inland.

Westport House:

One of the few privately-owned historic houses left in Ireland, Westport House was built by the Browne family whose connections to Mayo date back to the 1500s. Their lineage relates them and the house to the trail-blazing pirate queen and chieftain, Grace O’Malley

The Aran Islands:

The Aran Islands are three rocky islands located at the mouth of Galway Bay in western Ireland. They are known for their ancient sites. The largest island, Inishmore, is home to the prehistoric fort of Dún Aonghasa, perched atop a high cliff. Nearby is Wormhole, a rectangular natural pool. The medieval ruins of the Seven Churches are to the northwest, while Clochán na Carraige is a stone structure with a beehive roof.

Cong:

Cong  is a small Irish village in County Mayo, set in a beautiful landscape created by two lakes, Lough Corrib and Lough Mask. Certainly the scenery created by the two lakes and the mountains of Connemara are a great reason to visit this small village but there are two other details for which Cong is very well known. The first is Sir William Wilde, the father of the more famous Oscar, who lived here before retiring to Dublin. The second is John Ford's two Oscar-winning film 'The Quiet Man', which was filmed in Cong with actors John Wayne, Maureen O'Hara and Barry Fitzgerald. There is a statue commemorating him in the city, as well as the names of some shops and the actual house where they shot the film, The Quiet Man Cottage, which has now become a museum with props, clothes and photographs.

Connemara:

Connemara, located in County Galway, is a mix of rugged and gentle immense valleys, low vegetation and yellowing heaths contrast with lakes, waterways and endless green landscapes. Not forgetting the sea, yes, because although the interior of Connemara is embarrassingly beautiful, one must remember that the Gaelic word 'Conamara' means 'sea inlets'.

Kylemore Abbey:

it represents what every traveller would like to see on Irish soil, a spectacular abbey mirrored in the large dark-water Pollacappul Lake. The site of the abbey was bought by a certain Mitchell Henry around 1850. It was a gift to his wife Margaret who, on their honeymoon, had been struck by the beauty of Connemara. Mitchell built one of Ireland's most distinctive castles here, the 'consequences' of which were: nine children, a happy and carefree life cradled by the slow pace of Connemara. In 1874, Margaret fell ill with dysentery and died within a few days. The neo-Gothic church on the estate and not far from the abbey is dedicated to her.
