You took part in a quiz about the European Union and won a trip to Strasbourg, which is one of the official seats of the European Parliament. This is the greatest event of the year and you did your best to get this opportunity. You have already planned the programme of the whole trip, packed your bag and you are ready to leave. All of a sudden, you realize that the gift certificate, which is needed for the trip, is locked up in the safe but you do not have the key.
