Target groups:
- teaching staff and students of secondary vocational schools
- management of companies in the region and employees which are responsible for the vocational training
- representatives of regional self-government, trade and professional associations
Main targets:
- to modernize vocational training in partner schools by linking schools and practices
- to prepare outputs in the form of learning outcomes and learning materials that can be used for mobility, innovation of VET and lifelong learning
- support the implementation of the VET quality system, including the ECVET and EQAVET mechanisms
- create conditions for motivating marginalized groups to participate in VET
- to gain new experience and knowledge on the functioning of the dual education system
- to carry out the exchange of information, knowledge, knowledge and experience among representatives of different education systems, thus enabling them to transfer to their own educational programs
- enable pedagogical staff as well as those responsible for education and training to learn about a different education and training system
- to create opportunities for expanding cooperation for the future and to lay the foundations for a multilateral partnership
- strengthen the position of partnerships formed by vocational schools, firms and social partners in potentially influencing the structure of the network of VET
