OBJECTIVES

The general objective is to develop a system of education and training adapted to the requirements of the labor market and the needs of the direct beneficiaries for at least 24 students and indirectly for at least 50 students from vocational and technical education.

The target group of the project consists of students from the technological field, the final classes of vocational or high school education. To achieve this general objective, the following specific objectives are provided:

1. Development of innovation, creativity and entrepreneurial spirit within the professional training programs for 24 students and 6 teachers for a period of 18 months.

2. Development of international mobility in vocational training for at least 1/3 of the 24 students with fewer opportunities.

3. Extending mutual learning and the exchange of good practices, in order to ensure the premises for participation in a European labor market inclusive during the 18 months but also the continuation after the completion of the project.

4. Identifying at least one new practice partner and continuing / consolidating the existing partnerships between the units educational partners and economic agents to continue the activity in joint Erasmus projects.
