Welcome to EraFace – AI Fictional Portraits (“EraFace”). By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
EraFace is an entertainment application that creates fully fictional and artistic AI portraits from user-provided photos.
By using EraFace, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. We may update these Terms from time to time.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App.
EraFace does not require account creation. The App works without sign-in or registration.
You may use the App only for personal and non-commercial purposes. You agree not to use the App for unlawful, harmful, or misleading activities.
You retain ownership of the photos you upload.
By uploading a photo, you grant EraFace a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to process the image only to generate a fictional AI portrait.
EraFace does not:
Identify people
Analyze personality, ancestry, or personal traits
Create biometric data
You agree not to:
Upload unlawful or harmful content
Interfere with the App’s operation
Use the App to identify or analyze real people
The App may use secure third-party infrastructure providers. EraFace is not responsible for services outside its control.
We may restrict or terminate access to the App if these Terms are violated.
All portraits generated by EraFace are fictional and artistic and provided for entertainment purposes only. They do not represent real people.
The App is provided “as is.” EraFace is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the App.
You agree to hold EraFace harmless from any claims arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of your country of residence.
We may update these Terms from time to time.
