Originally a hobby farm for 3 generations, the 4th generation teamed up with the 3rd to go modern and commercial. Pictured above on the right is the current owner Benjamin LeBlanc, his father and partner Roger LeBlanc in the center, and my always helpful brother Mathieu LeBlanc on the left. The boys of the family run the maple syrup operations while my mother, Angela LeBlanc runs the kitchen and bakery and my sister Natasha LeBlanc waitresses on weekend brunch. | Exploitée à l'origine comme une petite ferme familiale depuis trois générations, l'exploitation a été modernisée et commercialisée par la quatrième génération, qui s'est associée à la troisième. Our breakfast is very affordable at 15$ for adults and 10$ for children with lots of beverages to choose from. We offer taffee on the snow unlimited for 5$. We also have tons of treats from traditional maple cream and cones to pecan pies and maple cheesecakes.
