Our App is designed to enhance and modify audio playback on your device. To provide its core features and keep the App free, certain permissions and third-party services are required.
A. Microphone Access (RECORD_AUDIO Permission)
Why we need it
The App requests the RECORD_AUDIO permission exclusively to process real-time audio data for the Audio Visualizer feature.
How we use it
Audio data is processed locally on your device in real time to generate visual effects that synchronize with the music currently playing.
What we do NOT do
We do not record your voice.
We do not save or store any audio.
We do not transmit any audio data to our servers or any third parties.
Audio data is used only for real-time visualization and is immediately discarded after processing.
B. Notification Access (BIND_NOTIFICATION_LISTENER_SERVICE)
Why we need it
The App requests Notification Access to reliably detect when supported media players (such as Spotify, YouTube Music, VLC, and similar apps) start or stop playing audio.
How we use it
This permission is used solely to manage media sessions and ensure that equalizer and bass boost effects are applied to the correct audio stream.
What we do NOT do
We do not read your personal notifications.
We do not collect notification contents.
We do not store or transmit your messages, emails, or other notification data.
C. Third-Party Advertising and Analytics (Google AdMob)
We use Google AdMob to display advertisements within the App.
To serve relevant advertisements, Google AdMob and its partners may automatically collect certain device and usage information, including:
Advertising ID
Device model
Operating system information
App usage information
Crash logs
Other diagnostic information

2. Data Storage and Security
Our App does not require users to create an account.
We do not collect or store personal identifiers such as:
Name
Email address
Phone number
Your application settings and custom equalizer presets are stored locally on your device.
While we take reasonable measures to protect your information, no method of electronic storage or transmission over the Internet is completely secure. Therefore, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
3. Children's Privacy
The App is not intended for children under the age of 13.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 years of age.
If you are a parent or guardian and believe that your child has provided personal information to us, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.
