Equality Kansas - Metro Kansas City is a locally-run chapter of the state's largest LGBTQ rights organization. We are committed to educating the community with the intent to influence legislation. Our chapter focuses on both local ordinances and state level legislation.

Members of our board arrange and attend a variety of events around the Kansas City area, with a current focus on Wyandotte and Johnson County on the Kansas side. EQKS-KC is always looking to partner with other organizations who seek to make Kansas a more inclusive state.
