Conveniently located near the Equestrian Center, this 400 sq. ft. garage apartment offers a queen bed, a queen pullout sofa, a twin pullout sofa, a kitchenette, and private full bathroom. A complimentary breakfast of bagels, yogurt, fruit, coffee, tea, and juice is provided for your stay. Walk or ride in to campus and enjoy watching the horses and goats in their pastures (1 mile from the Fowler Center/University Avenue). Steps away from the perimeter trail leading to Bridal Veil Falls, Morgan's Steep, and a trail to Lake Cheston. Free wi-fi (though no cable TV access). Shared entry with homeowner through the garage (homeowners on premises). Parking for 1-2 vehicles onsite. Must be able to climb one flight of stairs. No smoking. No pets allowed. No parties. Payment & Cancellations:
$150/night, plus one-time $30 cleaning fee. Checks, Venmo, exact cash accepted.
For University special events: we require a two-night minimum stay and a $50 deposit required at time of booking. This deposit will be refunded if cancellation is made three weeks prior to the event. University special events: Family Weekend, Fall Homecoming, Lessons and Carols, Graduation Weekend, and Reunion Weekend.

About the hosts: As alumni of Sewanee: The University of the South, Kathryn and Alex know the joys of watching the fog roll into campus, the peace found watching a beautiful sunset develop at The Cross, and the happiness felt while hiking across campus or on the trails. They are delighted to provide an opportunity for others to rest and relax on the mountain. Alex and Kathryn are teaching administrators--one at the college, the other at the local elementary school. They will be present in their home during your stay and will be easy to contact with any questions or needs.
