Livingston Daniel Okpakhalu is an architect with a strong academic and professional foundation. He holds a BTech on Federal Government of Nigeria sponsorship from FUT, Yola and MSc with distinction in Architecture from AAU, Ekpoma and completed an Executive MBA, fully sponsored by the Quantic School of Business and Technology, Washington-DC, with a capstone project centered on African Heritages being amongst the top five percentile global of his cohort. He has acquired additional certifications from the University of Leeds and the Institute of Coding, and several professional certification from the AIA. As an active associate member of NIA, ISCARSAH, IICWC, IICTC, and a full member of ICOMOS, WHRC, and ISC, he contributes to advancing architectural heritage conservation. Livingston is a Doctoral Research Candidate at the University of Jos, where he is exploring the integration of emerging technologies into architectural heritage conservation. His research is complemented by several key publications on Google scholar, ResearchGate and numerous articles with NIAJ, showcasing his commitment to sustainable and innovative architectural practices.
