Epson Ub-u03ii Driver Windows 7 Download 64 Bit

i tried finding the drivers for it but it doesnt show up as installed. just recently rebuilt the machine and the first time it said the driver wasnt digitally signed but then i did the steps to not have windows verifie and that broke something else iam stuck anyone have ideas i installed and reinstalled about 10 times already
