These anomalies were created by ACC to expand the life spans of the essential personnel of ACC (following the incident of 1983), and works through unknown means. It takes the shape of a projector. It, in most primal terms, projects life into the user. It has an unlimited span of "life." If the user is injured without the anomaly on them, the effects won't last, and the subject dies.
