Privacy Policy for EPS Topic Vocabulary
This Privacy Policy applies to the EPS Topic Vocabulary mobile application, provided by Jakir Hossen as an ad-supported service.

The Application is designed to operate primarily using data stored locally on the user’s device. The following data is stored only on the device and is not transmitted to the Service Provider:
Vocabulary bookmarks
Learning progress status
Search history
The Application does not require user account registration and does not collect personal information such as name, phone number, email address, or physical address.
The Application does not collect precise or approximate location data from the user’s device.
The Application connects to remote servers (Supabase) only to download educational vocabulary content required for app functionality. No personal user data is uploaded or stored on these servers.
Automatically Collected Information
Third-party services used by the Application may collect limited technical information such as IP address, device identifiers, crash logs, and ad interaction data. This information is collected automatically and is used for analytics, app stability, and ad delivery.

The Service Provider does not control how these third-party services process data and encourages users to review their respective privacy policies.
Children’s Privacy
The Application does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13. If it is discovered that a child under 13 has provided personal information, such information will be deleted promptly.
Data Security
The Service Provider takes reasonable measures to protect user data. Locally stored data remains on the user’s device. Educational content synchronization uses secure cloud infrastructure.
Data Retention
Since no personal user data is collected or stored by the Service Provider, there is no long-term retention of personally identifiable information.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on the hosted policy page. Continued use of the Application indicates acceptance of the updated policy.
