Effective Date: 07-03-2026
Please read these Terms & Conditions ("Terms") carefully. These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you ("User" or "CRP-EP") and the Uttar Pradesh State Rural Livelihood Mission (UPSRLM) governing your use of the EPSAKHI mobile application.
1. Acceptance of Terms and Role Characteristics
1.1. Acceptance: By accessing or using the Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
1.2. Targeted Users: This Application is designed for the Community Resource Person – Enterprise Promotion (CRP-EP) cadre to support the PRAGATI SETU 1.0 initiative.
1.3. Authorization: Access is restricted to authorized workforce members assigned by the State IT Admin to specific Gram Panchayats.

2.3. Data Integration: The system retrieves beneficiary master data from LokOS APIs, including SHG affiliation and social categories.
2.4. Income Estimates: The system performs auto-calculations for monthly income, working capital, and gross profit based on user-entered financial inputs. These figures are calculated estimates and not a guarantee of financial outcomes.

5. Liability and Indemnity
5.1. Performance Disclaimer: While the system is optimized for low-bandwidth rural networks, UPSRLM is not liable for data latency or systemic delays caused by local network failures.
5.2. Technical Accuracy: UPSRLM relies on the stability of external LokOS APIs for production data; any unavailability of these external services is beyond our control.
5.3. Indemnification: You agree to hold UPSRLM harmless from any claims or damages arising from misrepresented field data, unauthorized access due to credential sharing, or violations of jurisdictional rules.
