This Privacy Policy describes how the Uttar Pradesh State Rural Livelihood Mission (UPSRLM) collects, uses, processes, and shares personal and enterprise data related to your use of the mobile application Enterprise Sakhi App (the "Application"). By using the Application, you consent to the data practices described in this policy.

1. Data Collection

We collect several categories of data to provide, maintain, and enhance the Enterprise Sakhi service, replacing manual paper-based processes with an automated workflow.

1. Identity & Account Data: Includes your Username, Password, and Role-based credentials. We also process beneficiary master data retrieved from LokOS APIs, including SHG affiliation, member name, village, and social category.

2. Technical Data: We gather information essential for service security and technical diagnostics, including IP Address, Device identifiers, Operating System version (Android), and technical logs.

3. Enterprise & Survey Data (Content Data): As a survey-based application, we collect extensive details regarding rural enterprises, including:

   1. Enterprise Profiles: Name, type, ownership, and establishment year.

   2. Financial Data: Estimated monthly income, working capital, loans, subsidies, and Community Investment Fund (CIF) requirements.

   3. Media Uploads: Photographs of the enterprise and entrepreneur, and images of training certificates.

   4. Verification Data: Digital signatures and verifier details.

4. Audit & Tracking Data: The system automatically tags each record with the CRP-EP ID, LokOS Member Code, and timestamps to ensure auditability and a "Single Version of Truth".

2. Data Processing and Third-Party Processors

We utilize specific services to process and secure your data:

1. LokOS Integration Interface: Used to retrieve and filter beneficiary master data from official government records.

2. Django REST Framework & MySQL: Your data is stored in a secured MySQL database and managed via a Python-based Django backend framework.

3. Security Protocols: All data in transit is protected using HTTPS with TLS 1.2 or higher. Sensitive data at rest, including credentials, is encrypted.

3. Data Retention and User Rights

1. Data Retention:

   1. Audit Logs: Immutable activity logs are maintained for 5 years.

   2. Records: Attendance-related records are retained for 3 years, while beneficiary master data is generally preserved indefinitely and only soft-deactivated.

2. User Rights:

   1. Jurisdiction-Based Access: Community Resource Persons (CRPs) can only view and edit data within their authorized Gram Panchayat.

   2. Correction: Users can view and edit applicable enterprise forms until final submission to the central system.

   3. Account Deactivation: Requests for account deactivation or data queries must be submitted through the State IT Admin. We comply with erasure requests within the statutory limits of the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act, 2023.
