EProfly – Account Deletion & Data Removal Policy

If you want to delete your EProfly account and associated data, you can request deletion at any time.

How to request account deletion:

1. Open the EProfly app

2. Go to Profile Settings

3. Tap on “Account Settings”

4. Select “Delete Account”

What data will be deleted:

- User profile (name, email, phone number)

- Profile picture and personal information

- Posts, reels, comments, and messages

- Job and taxi-related activity data

- E-commerce activity and earnings data

What may be retained:

Some data may be retained for legal, security, or fraud prevention purposes for up to 30 days, after which it will be permanently deleted.

Data deletion is irreversible. Once deleted, your account and all associated information cannot be recovered.
