As a musician, John believes it is his sincere job to not only glorify the beauties of life through sound and music but also to bring satisfaction and entertainment to his audience. As much as his job is to serve people, it is also to highlight all that is good in the world and to shine light where such may be absent. For the past three years, John has devoted his time to giving purely vocal performances, leaning into his voice more than other instruments. He now leads and arranges as Assistant Music Director for the High Point University Offbeats and performs as a tenor section leader in the High Point University Chamber Singers. Music has the power to influence lives, and as such, it must be a practiced tradition. His main drive is inspiring those without inspiration. He enjoys many different genres of music, such as Rock, Orchestral, Pop, and A Cappella.
