It is important because not everything runs smoothly so when we run into an issue, we need to know what steps to take to fix it.
I learned that google is your best friend and that even support people do not know all the issues, and it is okay to not know anything. It takes great courage to ask for help but that is what being apart of a team is all about, helping each other out.
