As Director of Administrative Information Services of the University of Los Andes (2000-2004), responsible for organizational studies of various university dependencies, development, implementation and maintenance of multiple systems and administrative information services in the institution (Payroll, Budget, Student Records, Collections, Accounting, Withholdings Tax, Human Resources, ULA Website, among others). Directly responsible for the maintenance / updating of the computing and telematics infrastructure in the administrative field of the university. Immediate supervisor of 35 professionals and 20 non-professional employees. Advisor to the Administrative Vice-Rector of the institution and the Rector.

As Director of Organization and Systems of the University of Los Andes (1998-2000), responsible for the organizational study of multiple university dependencies, survey of processes and drafting of process manuals, standards and procedures. Directly participant in the update of various regulations and university standards. Immediate supervisor of 5 professionals and 3 non-professional employees. Advisor to the Administrative Vice-Rector of the institution and the Rector.
