Members promise never to use this service for any illegal purpose or in any illegal way, and promise to abide by the relevant laws and regulations of the Republic of China and all international practices for using the Internet. If the member is a user outside of the Republic of China, he agrees to abide by the laws and regulations of the country or region to which he belongs. Members agree and guarantee not to use this service to engage in acts that infringe upon the rights and interests of others or violate the law, including but not limited to:

●Violation of confidentiality obligations under laws or contracts
●Falsely use the service in the name of others
●Transmitting or distributing computer viruses
● Engage in commercial activities that are not authorized by the company in advance
●Publish, transmit, send spam, chain letters, multi-level marketing messages and advertisements that are illegal or not authorized by the company; or store any information that infringes the intellectual property rights of others or violates laws and regulations
●Behaviors that annoy or displease other users of this service or third parties, or violate general Internet etiquette
●Other behaviors that do not conform to the purpose of use provided by this service or behaviors that the company has legitimate reasons to deem inappropriate
