• Full payment is required on the event night or within the stated timeline. Items will be released upon full payment.

• Experiences/vouchers may be subject to availability, blackout dates, and additional terms by donors.
• Only the portion of the bid above fair market value may qualify for tax deduction (in accordance to IRAS guidelines).
• The organiser reserves the right to amend items, terms, or bidding process.
